At Seeds Fruit Shop, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
- Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 15 days of receiving your items. Please review the details below:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that certain products are non-returnable due to their nature:
- Cover Crop Seeds: Due to their perishable nature, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Fruit & Nut Trees: These are living plants and cannot be returned once shipped.
- Seasonal Plants & Flowers: These items are also non-returnable due to their seasonal and perishable nature.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or send out the replacement item.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account. For credit card payments, the refund will be credited to your card.
